轮式收获机变速箱总成磨合试验台研发设计

针对现有轮式收获机变速箱总成磨合试验台的缺点,基于变频驱动技术、液压控制技术和自动换挡技术,设计了一种全新的、可实现多功能测试的轮式收获机变速箱总成磨合试验台.试验台采用LabVIEW软件设计数据采集系统,可以很好地采集到轮式收获机变速箱总成在试验过程中的数据及数据曲线,根据所得数据自动判断变速箱总成的装配是否满足要求,并依此判断变速箱总成的安全性能,更早地发现产品的缺陷.
Research and Design of Wheel Harvester Gearbox Assembly Running-in Test Bench
Based on variable frequency drive technology,hydraulic control technology and automatic shift technology,a new type of wheel harvester gearbox assembly running-in test bench is designed to realize multi-function test.The test bench uses LabVIEW software to design the data acquisition system,which can well collect the data and data curve of the gearbox assembly of the wheel harvester in the test process,and automatically judge whether the assembly of the gearbox assembly meets the requirements according to the data obtained,and judge the safety performance of the gearbox assembly according to this,and find the defects of the product earlier.
