基于燃油经济性的HMCVT拖拉机控制策略研究

为了使液压机械无级变速拖拉机具有更好的燃油经济性,针对发动机和HMCVT二元调节的无级变速拖拉机,提出了以整机燃油消耗率为指标的最佳燃油经济性无级变速控制策略.设计了一种通过设定发动机转速区间,求解在任意车速和负载下的发动机最优转速与最优速比的控制方法.根据上述方法建立的HMCVT控制策略模型,进行了在线仿真和整车验证,证明了控制策略的有效性.
Control Strategy for HMCVT Tractor Based on Fuel Economy
In order to improve the fuel economy of tractors equipped with hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission(HMCVT),this paper proposes the optimal fuel economy continuously variable transmission control strategy based on the overall fuel consumption rate of the engine and HMCVT binary adjustment for continuously variable transmission tractors.A control method was designed to solve the optimal engine speed and optimal speed ratio at any speed and load by setting the engine speed range.The HMCVT control strategy model established based on the above method was subjected to online simulation and vehicle validation,demonstrating the effectiveness of the control strategy.
