Dedicated to solving the problem of parts tilting during the pressing process of large thin-walled parts in tractors,a vacuum pressing equipment and brake sealing inspection fixture for brake piston assembly were designed by analyzing the structure of large thin-walled parts and combining with the structural characteristics of brake housing.According to the inspection results of the inspection fixture,the vacuum pressing equipment has strong reliability for pressing large thin-walled parts.
