Experimental Study on Off-Road Diesel Engine Exhaust Emission Based on Euro Ⅴ Standard
With the implementation of EU Regulation EU 2016/1628 on the emission of gas and particulate pollutants from internal combustion engines used in non road mobile machinery, new requirements have been put forward for the emissions of exported non road diesel engines. This article combines a certain 4.33L electronically controlled common rail EGR diesel engine.Firstly, the working conditions of the bench test, the parameters and requirements of the test instrument are clarified. Then, diesel engine internal purification technology is used to optimize the matching of parameters such as turbocharger, injector, injector protrusion, injection timing, and rail pressure. Finally, external purification technology, namely DOC+DPF+SCR+ASC technology route,is used for engine emission testing to develop non road diesel engine products that meet European V standards.
