Research on the Structure of Heat Sink of Drive Motor Based on CFD Method
;In order to solve the problem of the temperature rise of the motor in the drive system of new energy vehicles,this research improves and optimizes the structure of the traditional spiral waterway,and establishes a physical model for heat dissipation simulation analysis,aiming to improve the heat dissipation effect of the radiator and reduce the temperature rise of the main heating components.Based on the loss power of the electromagnetic loss model,the CFD method is used for the radiator flow channel to model the change of the entrance and exit angles of the water channel and the aspect ratio of the inner wall surface in multiple groups,and to analysis the effect of the two covariates on the fluid flow.The results show that the heat dissipation effect decreases with the increase of deflection angle.Whereas,the increase in aspect ratio leads to an increase in heat dissipation efficiency.The surface temperature of the motor can be reduced by 1.7 ℃ when the aspect ratio is 16:7.5.
