摘要

介绍目前拖拉机常用减小转向半径的方式,并提出一种摆转式前桥转向技术.通过前桥跟随前轮偏转的联动,可以实现在前轮偏转的同时实现前桥的偏转,进一步加大了前轮的偏转角度,减小了拖拉机的转向半径,提高了整机机动性,以实现更紧密的转弯并增加可操纵性,提高作业效率.

Abstract

This paper introduces the common ways of reducing the steering radius of tractors,and puts forward a swinging front axle steering technology.Through the linkage of the front axle following the front wheel deflection,the deflection of the front axle can be realized at the same time of the front wheel deflection,which further increases the deflection angle of the front wheel,reduces the steering radius of the tractor,improves the maneuverability of the whole machine,in order to achieve a closer turn and increase maneuverability,and improve the working efficiency.
