Discussion on Prevention of Air Absorption of Fuel Tank for Tractor in Hilly Area
In hilly areas,when the conventional cuboid fuel tank tilts forward and backward,the effective volume is obviously reduced,and the engine suction problem seriously affects the operation efficiency and the safety of tractor drivers.It is urgent to solve the problem of suction up and down hills for the models sold in this area.This paper summarizes five kinds of fuel tank anti-cavitation structures commonly used in China,including multi-capacity cavity choke form,double fuel tank form,double suction tubing form,mobile oil suction port form,and interworking form at both ends,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each type of structure and whether it is suitable for agricultural tractors in hilly areas.Some suggestions for improvement are put forward in terms of oil quantity display,adaptive protoplasmic fuel tank and effective volume,so as to provide reference for the design of anti-cavitation structure of tractor fuel tank in hilly area.
