For the main clutch release fork used in tractors,the clamp spring is not reliable and easy to fall off after assembly,resulting in the failure of clutch action,resulting in the engine power combination and separation cannot be switched freely,the process system analysis of the release fork is carried out to determine the causes of the problem,and effective improvement measures are formulated.After assembly verification,the quality problem is finally solved.
