Study on compressive strength and setting time of fly ash based geopolymer under different curing methods
In order to study the influence of curing methods on the performance of geopolymer concrete,the orthogonal test method was used to explore the influence degree and influence law of slag content,alkali activator Na2 O content and modulus on the compressive strength and setting time of fly ash geopolymer concrete under different curing methods.The results show that under the same mix ratio,the compressive strength of geopolymer concrete shows the trend of high temperature curing-B>standard curing>high temperature cu-ring-A;under different curing temperatures and conditions,the influence degree of each influencing factor on the compressive strength is different,but the compressive strength is the highest when the slag content is 30%,the Na2 O content is 11%,and the modulus is 1.5.The order of influence of each influencing factor on the initial setting time and final setting time of geopolymer paste is the same,which is slag content>Na2 O content>modulus.
