Research hotspots and trends on relationship between land transfer and production efficiency at home and abroad
In order to reflect the effect of land transfer policy and give suggestions for the future development of related research,it is necessary to analyze and discuss the research progress on the relationship between land transfer and production efficiency at home and abroad,so as to explore the research hot spots,shortages and gaps in relevant research,as well as the follow-up research fields and future trends.CiteSpace software was used to visualize and analyze the relevant literature at home and abroad,and draws the following conclusions:1)Relationship between land transfer and production efficiency relevant research at home and abroad has experienced the initial stage,the rapid development stage,and the gradual decline stage,the results are concentrated on a few anthors and institution,there is still some controversy about the relationship between land transfer and production efficiency.2)Foreign research focuses on"impact,policy and management",while domestic research focuses on"family farms,technical efficiency and agricultural land system".3)Foreign main research categories are"economic growth,land fragmentation,carbon emissions",etc.The main research categories in China are"agricultural land system,rural revitalization,property rights",etc.4)The future research trends at home and abroad may incline to multidisciplinary perspective,focus on topics such as"farmland property rights in land transfer,rural industry revitalization,urban and rural integration,farmland technical efficiency",etc.Based on the above conclusions,giving the following suggestions:in the future,different authors and institutions can strengthen communication and cooperation;cross-fertilize with other disciplines from the aspects of research perspectives,research methods and theoretical frameworks;grasp new trends;around the relevant subjects conduct land transfer system and other aspects of relevant research,increase the application of normative analysis and spatial econometric analysis,and accurately locate and deal with the relationship between land transfer and production efficiency.
