RBC系统智能运维关键技术研究

为进一步提升无线闭塞中心(Radio Block Center,RBC)系统的运维效率,降低系统故障带来的运营风险,结合RBC系统结构,针对系统运营维护过程中存在的痛点问题,从服务器硬件接口监测、RBC侧PRI接口监测和CTC接口监测3个角度出发,增强RBC设备的监测手段。通过集中维护RBC的硬件、软件及网络运行状态,构建数据仓库,协助电务维护人员快速发现故障,智能分析故障,并提供故障处置建议方案,切实提高RBC/TSRS中心智能运维管理水平。最后,举例展示该系统实际解决的典型问题。
Research on Key Technologies for Intelligent Operation and Maintenance of RBC System
To further improve the operation and maintenance efficiency of the Radio Block Center(RBC)system and reduce the operational risks caused by system failures,this paper considers the structure of the RBC system,and addresses the pain points in the system operation and maintenance process,to enhance the monitoring method of the RBC equipment from three aspects:server hardware interface monitoring,PRI interface monitoring at RBC side and CTC interface monitoring.Through the centralized maintenance of the RBC hardware,software and network operation status,a data warehouse is built to assist the signalling&communication maintenance personnel to quickly discover the faults,achieve intelligent fault analysis,and provide fault disposal suggestions,which can effectively improve the intelligent operation and maintenance management of RBC/TSRS center.Finally,this paper shows some typical problems solved by the proposed intelligent operation and maintenance system.
