摘要
阐述基于嵌入式通用插件(ECP)计算机作为硬件平台,结合Qt软件实现通用安全信号平台(GSSAP)多种接口板测试装置的开发.通过分析被测接口板的功能,设计测试装置对应的功能模块.对于装置实现的难点海量互联及小电阻测试,提出海量互联采用测试模块信号汇总到通用适配卡且各被测产品分别设计对应的适配卡以实现信号的转接,小电阻测试通过四线法实现测试.测试装置整体具有易于操作、方便扩展等优点.
Abstract
This paper combines with Qt software and explains the development of multiple interface boards test device of General Safety Signal Application Platform(GSSAP)based on Embedded Common Plugins(ECP)industrial computer as a hardware platform.The functional modules of the test device are designed by analyzing the functions of multiple interface boards.For the difficulties of the device implementation,including massive interconnection and small resistance test,this paper proposes that summarizing signals of test modules to general adapter cards,and designing adapter cards for each product under test to achieve signal transfer,and testing the small resistance through four-wire method.The test device has the advantages of easy operation,convenient expansion etc.
