This paper presents the design and development of an office management system based on the B/S architecture in view of the service requirements of railway office management.After an analysis of the system functions and service processes,the Activiti process engine is integrated to manage the key service processes.The proposed system can improve the efficiency of service processing,enhance the collaboration capability of employees,improve the operation efficiency of railway enterprises,and achieve office automation.
