摘要
基于 2008-2021 年中国 30 个省份的面板数据,利用耦合协调度和熵权法计算出双向FDI协调发展水平,并从新发展理念视角构建指标体系测度经济高质量发展水平,采用空间计量模型分析双向FDI协调发展对经济高质量发展的影响.结果显示:双向FDI协调发展和经济高质量发展存在显著的空间自相关性;双向FDI协调发展显著促进本地区以及邻近地区经济高质量发展;分地区看,双向FDI协调发展对东部地区经济高质量发展的促进作用最大,中部地区次之,对西部地区无明显影响.为此,政府需提高双向FDI协调发展水平,促进要素在各省份间流动,实行差异化投资政策.
Abstract
Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2008 to 2021,the level of two-way FDI coordinated development and economic high-quality development is calculated by using the coupling coordination degree and entropy weight method,and the spatial econometric model is used to analyze the impact of two-way FDI coordinated development on economic high-quality development.The results show that there is a significant spatial autocorrelation between the coordinated development of two-way FDI and the high-quality development of the economy;the coordinated development of two-way FDI can significantly promote the high-quality development of the economy of the region and the neighboring regions;in terms of regions,the coordinated development of two-way FDI has the greatest effect on the high-quality development of the economy of the eastern region,followed by the central region,and has no significant effect on that of the western region.In this regard,the government needs to enhance the coordinated development of two-way FDI,promote the flow of factors among provinces,and implement differentiated investment policies.
