校警党组织共建平安校园实践育人基地的理论探索与实践——以铜陵学院为例

摘要
随着总体国家安全观的深入贯彻,"平安校园"的内涵、外延不断拓展,构建更高质量的平安校园成为当下高校日常工作的重要内容和长期目标.文章梳理相关文献、新闻,结合高校安全管理工作的日常实际,对新时代高校平安校园建设的意义和形势进行了研究,进一步分析了平安校园建设存在的问题.以铜陵学院为例,提出以校警党总支"结对共建"为基础,全力打造"12344"的安全教育模式,探索出大学生安全实践教育的有效模式,进而为构建和谐平安校园、建设高水平应用型地方高校献计献策.
Abstract
With the thorough implementation of the national security concept and the continuous expansion of the connotation and extension of the"safe campus",constructing a higher-quality safe campus has become an important aspect and a long-term goal of daily work for universities.Through reviewing and organizing relevant literature and news,along with considering the practical aspects of university security management,research has been conducted on the significance and situation of constructing a safe campus in the new era.Further analysis has been made on the existing issues in safe campus construction.Taking Tongling University as an example,a"12344"security education model based on the cooperation between the university police and the Communist Party branch has been proposed and built with all strength,exploring an effective method for student safety practical education.This endeavor aims to contribute insights and strategies for the establishment of a harmonious and secure campus environment,and for the development of high-level applied local universities.
