On Compressive Strength Analysis of Gel-Coated ALC Specimens in Acidic Environments
The article examines the impact of perchlor, graphene, and polyvinyl chloride fluorinated fluoranthene(PF)gelling materials on the corrosion resistance of autoclaved lightweight concrete(ALC)specimens. The compressive strength of four types of ALC specimens was monitored in three acidic solution environments and a clear water environment. The results indicate that coating with gelling materials can improve corrosion resistance. However,PF coating exhibits poor corrosion resistance. On the other hand, perchloro and graphene have strong corrosion resistance.Perchloro material is suitable for composite weak acid, while graphene coating may have a wider range of acid corrosion resistance. The mix design of perchloro and graphene materials can provide a theoretical reference for the corrosion resistance design of future ALC wall panels in industrial plants.
