On The Adoption and Evaluation of the Teaching and Competition Integrated Model:Taking the Course of Statistics in Tongling University as an Example
As a new teaching mode in recent years,integration mode of competition and education.has been widely used in the process of undergraduate talent training,and has achieved good results.In order to realize the deep integration of Statistics course and discipline competition,this paper aims at the teaching status of Statistics course and constructs an innovative teaching system from five aspects:teaching content,teaching method,assessment system,teaching staff and practice platform.Based on the questionnaire survey data of students majoring in statistics in Tongling University in 2019 and 2020,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate and analyze the teaching effect of teaching and competition integrated model.The analysis results show that the overall teaching effect of the competition-education integration model is good,especially in stimulating students'interest in learning,and cultivating students'practice,teamwork and communication,and self-learning ability.There is still room for further improvement in career development orientation.To this end,some suggestions are put forward to improve the integration mode of competition and education,such as setting up online expansion topics after classes,adopting multiple evaluation methods of intra-group mutual evaluation and inter-group mutual evaluation,and allowing enterprises to participate in project teaching tasks.
