Study on the Nonlinear Influence of Non-Working Time Work Connectivity on Employees'Proactive Behavior
Based on the theory of affective events,this paper explores the mechanism of non-working work connectivity on employees'proactive behavior.Taking 586 employees as the survey subjects,the empirical research results show that the connection between non-working time work connectivity has an inverted U-shaped effect on employees'proactive behavior.Positive emotion plays a nonlinear mediating role in the relationship between them.Perceived internal marketability positively regulates the inverted U-shaped relationship between non-working time work connectivity and employees'positive emotion;the positive regulation of perceived internal marketability on employees'positive emotion plays the nonlinear mediating role in the relationship between non-working time work connectivity and employees'proactive behavior.
