摘要
新时代高校要创新党建育人工作模式,厘清"三全育人"工作与研究生党建的逻辑关系有着重要意义.文章对 8 所省属师范类院校研究生党建工作组织制度、活动开展等方面展开调查,发现高校研究生党建工作存在党建育人机制不健全、育人制度不完善、育人活动方式不丰富、育人评价体系不健全等问题,建议通过探索"三全育人"视域下研究生党建育人新方法、深挖党建育人新团队、拓展党建育人新模式、完善党建工作运行机制等,以积极促进机制、平台和评价的协同发展,提升育人成效.
Abstract
In the new era,universities should innovate the mode of party building and education,and clarify the logical relationship between the"Three Comprehensive Education"work and party building of graduate students.The article conducted a survey on the organizational systems and activities of graduate party building work in 8 provincial normal universities,and sorted out the current situation of graduate party building work in universities.It was found that the party building,education mechanisms,education systems,education activity methods and education evaluation systems are imperfect and incomplete.The paper suggests that by exploring new methods of party building and education of graduate students from the perspective of"Three Comprehensive Education",digging into new teams of party building and education,expanding new models of party building and education,and improving the operational mechanism of party building,the coordinated development of mechanisms,platforms and evaluations will be actively promoted,and the effectiveness of education will be improved.
