On the Pathways of Dance Training to Improve the Mental Health of College Students
University is an important stage for the mental health development of college students.During this stage,college students are prone to specific psychological problems such as anxiety,depression,and lack of confidence,which can easily affect their physical and mental health growth.The article points out that dance training has a positive promoting effect on the physical and mental balance,social adaptation level,physical self-esteem,and subjective well-being of college students.In response to the current problems in dance training classrooms in universities,such as being too rigid,emphasizing only skill teaching,and lacking positive motivation for students,it is proposed to scientifically formulate training plans;strengthen the construction of dance teacher team;optimize dance training methods;focus on the reasonable arrangement of training programs;strengthen the collaborative education between family and school to enhance the mental health level of college students.
