商务英语教师协同发展机制构建与应用

摘要
师资质量决定人才培养和学科建设的质量.商务英语教师发展是一个包含多种要素、多个子系统的复杂开放系统,具有明显的协同特征.文章基于协同理论,从动力机制、激励机制、形成机制、实现机制、约束反馈机制五个方面分解了商务英语教师协同发展的机制要素,并从内部协同和外部协同两个层次构建了商务英语教师发展机制.最后基于该机制构架,从应用层面提出了促进商务英语教师协同发展的对策建议:优化政府顶层设计;加强高校内部协同;加强高校和企业外部协同.
Abstract
The quality of teaching staff determines the quality of talent cultivation and discipline construction.The development of business English teachers is a complex and open system that includes multiple elements and subsystems with obvious collaborative characteristics.Based on synergy theory,this article decomposes the mechanism elements of collaborative development of business English teachers from five aspects:motivation mechanism,incentive mechanism,formation mechanism,implementation mechanism,and constraint feedback mechanism.It constructs a development mechanism for business English teachers from two levels:internal collaboration and external collaboration.Finally,based on this mechanism framework,countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the application level to promote the collaborative development of business English teachers.
