Training innovative and entrepreneurial talents that meet the needs of society is one of the core contents of higher education reform.At present,there are some problems in the cultivation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,such as the imperfect teaching system,the lack of practical teaching platform.Based on the analysis of the internal mechanism of the effective integration of OBE education concept and the cultivation of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,this paper constructs a theoretical framework of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability based on OBE education concept,explores the practical path of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation to meet the needs of economic and social development,and emphasizes the results-oriented focus,paying attention to the organic integration of theoretical teaching and practical creation,and scientifically constructing the teaching model and curriculum system of entrepreneurship and innovation education,so as to achieve the goal of"entrepreneurship and innovation"ability training and the OBE education concept.
