Research on College Students'Behavior of Returning to Hometown for Entrepreneurship from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization
Returning to hometown for entrepreneurship is an important way to enrich the rural talent team and promote rural revitalization.Based on the Theory of Planned Behavior,this paper discusses the influencing factors of college students'entrepreneurial behavior in returning to their hometowns from the perspective of rural revitalization by using 302 questionnaires.The empirical results showed that rustic sentiment,entrepreneurship ability,policy and institutional environment are the factors that affect college students'entrepreneurial behavior when they return to their hometowns.The willingness to return home for entrepreneurship has an mediating effect in the relationship between rustic sentiment,policy and institutional environment,entrepreneurship ability and entrepreneurial behavior.Family support plays a moderating effect in the relationship between entrepreneurial willingness and entrepreneurial behavior in returning home.Therefore,in order to promote college students for returning to hometown for entrepreneurship,the government should attach importance to inheriting local culture and stimulating their rustic sentiment.Colleges and universities should carry out innovative and entrepreneurial courses according to students'characteristics and market demand to enhance their entrepreneurship ability.Local governments should improve the policy system of encouraging and supporting college students to return to their hometowns and create a good policy and institutional environment for college students to return to hometown for entrepreneurship.
