Based on the panel data of 63 counties(urban areas)in the Dabie mountainous region from 2015 to 2020,this article measures the county eco-efficiency by using the super-efficiency SBM model,analyzes the trend of eco-efficiency changes at the provincial and county levels,and constructs the Tobit regression model to analyze the influencing factors of the eco-efficiency of the counties in the Dabie mountainous region at the overall and provincial levels.The results show that:as a whole,the eco-efficiency of Dabie mountainous area generally shows an upward trend between 2015 and 2020,and the eco-efficiency of each province is ranked from high to low as follows:Anhui Province>Henan Province>Hubei Province.From the county level,the eco-efficiency of most of the counties(districts)in Dabie mountainous area has increased during the study period,and the eco-efficiency values of a few counties(districts)have declined,The eco-efficiency of the Dabie mountainous area has increased during the study period.Among the factors influencing ecological efficiency,environmental regulation,location conditions,economic level,industrial structure and government intervention play a positive role.
