Research on the Experience,Constraints and Suggestions of the Development of"Enclave Economy":Taking the Yangtze River Delta,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Regions as Examples
Enclave economy is an important carrier to implement the national regional coordinated development strategy,and also an important way to give play to the comparative advantages of each region and realize the optimal allocation of resources across regions.The Yangtze River Delta,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and Guangdong,Hong Kong Macao have explored and formed experiences for reference in terms of enclave economic governance mechanism,strategic positioning,development and construction,integration and linkage,but they also face constraints such as management mode,benefit sharing,policies and regulations.It is suggested to further strengthen the mechanism of institutional innovation,benefit sharing and policy coordination,promote the high-quality development of enclave economy,and explore new paths,new models and new systems for the national regional coordinated development strategy.
