Owner Autonomy from the Perspective of Rational Choice Theory:Logic,Challenges and Response Strategies
In the current macro context of grassroots governance,owner's self-governance as an effective governance model,is drawing increasing attention day by day.This research applies the rational choice theory referring to theories such as the three elements of Coleman's action system and the dilemma of collective action,conducts an in-depth analysis of the action logic of owner's self-governance,uncovers the existing problems,and puts forward strategies including strengthening the leadership of Party building,governing in accordance with the law,optimizing the working mechanism,and enhancing the degree of democratic participation.The purpose is to construct an owner's self-governance system that is legal and compliant,with a virtuous cycle and long-term effective governance,so as to provide valuable references for promoting the modernization of grassroots governance.
