《工程伦理》课程思政教学创新模式实践探索——以安徽建筑大学机械工程专业为例

为解决《工程伦理》课程思政建设难题,培育德才兼备工程人才,契合教育与行业发展需求,文章剖析当前教学中存在的思政教育重视程度不足、教学方法单一以及学生实践能力缺乏等问题,建立课程思政教学创新模式,明确"意识—规范—能力"三位一体的思政育人目标,构建"基础—专业—实践"分层次教学育人体系,并创建翔实的思政教学案例库.课堂教学中,通过采用价值引导、案例研讨、问题驱动等多样化的教学手段,将思政元素与专业知识紧密结合,旨在将《工程伦理》课程建设成一个融合专业知识传授、实践能力培养、情感价值塑造的综合性教学体系,为培育德才兼备的工程技术人才筑牢坚实根基.
Exploration and Practice of Innovative Model for Ideological and Political Education in the Course of Engineering Ethics:Taking the Mechanical Engineering Major of Anhui Jianzhu University as an Example
To solve the conundrums in integrating ideological and political education into the Engineering Ethics course and foster engineering talents with both virtue and ability,aligning with educational and industrial demands,this paper examines current teaching issues like scant attention to ideological and political education,single teaching approaches,and students'deficiency in practical skills.Through the curriculum,an innovative model for ideological and political education has been established,integrating the goal of ideological and political education that encompasses consciousness,norms,and abilities.A hierarchical teaching and nurturing system of"Basic-Professional-Practical"has been constructed,and a detailed ideological and political education case base has been created.In classroom teaching,diverse teaching methods such as value guidance,case studies,and problem driven approaches are adopted,and ideological and political elements are closely integrated with professional knowledge.The Engineering Ethicscourse is aimed to be built into a comprehensive teaching platform where professional knowledge is integrated,practical abilities are cultivated,and emotional values are shaped,thereby a solid foundation is established for the cultivation of engineering and technical talents who possess both moral integrity and professional competence.
