The Influence of Club Teaching Mode on the Role Transformation of Physical Education Teachers under the Background of Construction of New Liberal Arts
In order to explore the problem of the role transformation of physical education teachers in the teaching reform of college sports clubs under the background of new liberal arts construction,so as to promote physical education teachers to break through the limitations of the traditional teaching model,this article adopts the methods of literature review,expert interviews and analysis and induction.Starting from the teaching reform of college sports clubs,it analyzes the restricting factors that the role transformation of teachers is affected by cognitive biases,psychological resistance,the inertia of the traditional model and the teaching management mechanism.It is proposed that teachers should transform from course announcers to dominators and organizers,from commanders of sports learning to promoters,from one-way information sources to multi-dimensional information platforms,and from solo performers in the classroom to accompanists.
