近年来如何提高大型发电厂上网电效率成为制约火力发电厂电能节约的重大难题.电厂对供耗电设备运行期间电量采集精准度不高的难点问题日益重视,针对系统低负荷空冷风机运行过程中PC段带电情况下空冷风机变频进线段开关如何精确采集电流进行了深入分析.通过与同类型机组空冷风机变频运行方式数据对比,结合电能采集设备运行过程中会遇到的各种电能损耗的可能性进行可行性的论证与分析,最终解决了空冷风机系统开关无法精准采集电流的问题.
Optimization of Accurate Current Collection Method for Air Cooling Big Data
In recent years,how to improve the efficiency of large-scale power plants in grid connection has become a major challenge that restricts the energy conservation of thermal power plants.Power plants are increasingly paying attention to the difficulty of low accuracy in electricity collection during the operation of power supply and consumption equipment.Furthermore,in-depth analysis has been conducted on how to accurately collect current from the variable frequency incoming section switch of the air cooling fan when the PC section is electrified during the operation of the system's low load air cooling fan.By comparing the data of variable frequency operation mode with the air cooling fan of the same type of unit,and combining with the possibility of various electrical energy losses encountered during the operation of the electric energy collection equipment,feasibility study and analysis were conducted.Finally,the problem of the inability of the air cooling fan system switch to accurately collect current was solved.
