覆岩裂隙带长钻孔瓦斯抽采技术

为研究山西晋煤集团晋圣永安宏泰煤业3101工作面覆岩裂隙钻孔瓦斯抽采的应用技术,对覆岩裂隙钻孔抽采原理进行分析,运用UDEC软件探究工作面开采条件下顶板裂隙带发育高度,设计钻孔参数.通过对瓦斯抽采体积分数进行监测,检验瓦斯抽采效果.结果表明:抽采体积分数呈现倒"V"形演化趋势,上隅角瓦斯体积分数由0.55%降低至0.35%,表明钻孔组交替压茬布置是科学合理的.
Long Borehole Gas Extraction Technology in Overlying Rock Fracture Zone
In order to study the application technology of gas extraction through overlying rock fracture drilling in the 3101 working face of Yong'an Hongtai Coal Industry,the principle of overlying rock fracture drilling and extraction is analyzed,and UDEC software is used to explore the development height of roof fracture zone under working face mining conditions,and drilling parameters are designed.Monitor and verify the effectiveness of gas extraction by monitoring the volume fraction of gas extraction.The results show that the extraction volume fraction shows a trend of inverted"V"-shaped evolution,and the gas volume fraction in the upper corner decreases from 0.55%to 0.35%,indicating that the alternate stubble pressing arrangement of the drilling group is scientifically reasonable.
