选煤厂煤流控制系统优化与定制配煤应用研究

针对潞安化工集团李村选煤厂煤流控制系统自动化程度低、给煤量误差大、灰分指标波动大的问题,研究了煤流控制系统优化方案,进行了现场工业性试验,稳定了精煤指标,配煤精度能够控制在灰分仪检测精度的1%左右(调配来煤灰分范围为18%~35%),降低了工人劳动强度,提高了精煤产率,进而提高了选煤厂经济效益和社会效益.
Optimization of Coal Flow Control System in Coal Preparation Plant and Research on Customized Coal Blending Application
In response to the problems of low automation level,Large error in coal feeding amount,and large fluctuation of ash content index in the coal flow control system of Licun Coal Preparation Plant,an optimization plan for the coal flow control system was studied,and industrial tests were conducted on site to stabilize the concentrated coal index.The accuracy of coal blending can be controlled within about 1%of the detection accuracy of the ash analyzer(the range of blended coal ash content is 18%to 35%),reducing the labor intensity of workers and improving the concentrated coal yield,Furthermore,it has improved the economic and social benefits of the coal preparation plant.
