庞庞塔煤矿110501综放工作面"110工法"技术研究及实践

针对霍州煤电集团吕临能化有限公司庞庞塔煤矿留煤柱开采导致采掘接替紧张、煤炭资源回收率低的问题,以110501综采工作面为研究对象,提出采用切顶卸压无煤柱自成巷"110工法"进行开采,设计了恒阻大变形锚索补强支护和顶板预裂切缝孔布置方案.现场应用结果表明:所采用的技术方案有效控制了110501胶带顺槽围岩变形,使110501综采工作面多回收煤柱资源约5.8万t,创造经济效益约3480万元.
Research and Practice of"110 Construction Method"Technology in 110501 Fully Mechanized Caving Face of Pangpangta Coal Mine
In response to the problems of tight mining succession and low coal resource recovery rate caused by leaving coal pillars for mining in Pangpangta Coal Mine,the 110501 fully mechanized mining face is taken as the research object,and the"110 construction method"of cutting the roof to relieve pressure without coal pillars and self forming roadway is proposed for mining.A constant resistance and large deformation anchor cable reinforcement support and roof pre cracking cutting seam hole layout scheme are designed.The field application results show that the adopted technical scheme effectively controls the deformation of the surrounding rock of the 110501 belt roadway,resulting in the recovery of approximately 58 000 tons of coal pillar resources in the 110501 fully mechanized mining face and the creation of approximately 34.8 million yuan in economic benefits.
