为改善综采工作面工作环境,增强巷道稳定性,晋能控股煤业集团塔山矿8230工作面8m小煤柱采用注浆加固破碎围岩,提高煤柱强度,改善围岩结构.注浆加固方案设计如下:煤柱注浆钻孔呈"三花"布置,封孔材料与注浆材料为无机双液注浆材料,注浆压力不大于5 MPa.矿压观测结果表明,未注浆加固区段煤柱侧最大变形约0.8 m,注浆加固后煤柱侧最大变形小于0.1 m.通过对小煤柱进行注浆加固,可保证巷道围岩的完整性和稳定性,确保工作面安全生产.
Practice of Grouting Reinforcement Technology for Small Coal Pillar Roadways along Goaf in Fully Mechanized Working Face
In order to improve the working environment of fully mechanized working face of 8230 and enhance the stability of roadway,8m small coal pillar in a mine face in Shanxi is reinforced by grouting to enhance the strength of coal pillar and improve the structure of surrounding rock.The grouting reinforcement scheme is designed as follows:the coal pillar grouting hole is arranged as"three flowers",the sealing material and the grouting material are inorganic double liquid grouting material,and the grouting pressure is not more than 5 MPa.The results of mine pressure observation show that the maximum deformation of coal pillar side in the section without grouting reinforcement is about 0.8 m,and the maximum deformation of coal pillar side after grouting reinforcement is less than 0.1 m.The integrity and stability of roadway surrounding rock can be guaranteed by grouting reinforcement of small coal pillar,and the safety of working face can be ensured.
