Numerical Simulation Analysis of Reasonable Layout of Roadway under Overlying Coal Pillars Based on Different Inclination Angles
After the mining of the 11th coal seam in Jinhuagong Coal Mine,there are residual coal pillars that will have an impact on the stress environment of the lower 12th coal seam.Among them,the dip angle of the 12th coal seam located in the north of the river in the 307 panel area varies from 5 degrees to 15 degrees.Based on the principle of butterfly failure in tunnels,a numerical simulation method was used to study the reasonable layout of tunnels under different coal seam dip angles in Jinhuagong Mine.The results showed that when the coal seam dip angle was 0 degrees,it is more reasonable to arrange the internal displacement of the roadway more than 20 m;When the dip angle of the coal seam is 5 degrees,it is more reasonable to arrange the internal displacement of the roadway more than 27.5 m;When the dip angle of the coal seam is 15 degrees,it is more reasonable to arrange the internal displacement of the roadway more than 35 m.Obviously,when there is a dip angle in the coal seam,increasing the internal displacement by 0.5~1.0 meters per degree on the basis of the reasonable layout of the roadway can keep the roadway in a good stress environment.The research results provide a reference basis for the layout of coal pillar tunnels in Jinhuagong Mine.
