Construction and Application of Intelligent Working Face in Guotun Coal Mine
In order to realize the goal of less and unmanned intelligent mine,Guotun Coal Mine of Shandong Energy Group Luxi Mining Co.,Ltd.carried out the construction practice of intelligent working face in 2303 working face.The working face is mainly composed of intelligent centralized control center,intelligent control system of shearer,intelligent support system,intelligent transportation system and liquid supply power supply system.The field application shows that the 2303 working face has formed an intelligent production mode with'intelligent control of equipment as the main part and remote intervention control as the supplement'.The automatic coal cutting rate of the shearer has reached 89.3%,which improves the production efficiency,greatly reduces the underground workers and improves the safety level of the coal mine.
