Application of Surrounding Rock Control Technology for Small Coal Pillar Gob-side Entry Driving in Large Section Tunnel Conditions of Chengzhuang Mine
Aiming at the problems of too large coal pillar and low resource recovery rate in Chengzhuang Coal Mine of Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group,taking 4317 working face as the engineering background,the optimal coal pillar size is determined by combining theoretical calculation with engineering analogy,and the support scheme of roadway anchor net and anchor cable is put forward.The pre-grouting reinforcement technology of broken section of roadway and the filling technology of near the chamber are studied.The field application shows that the roof and floor convergence of 43172 roadway is not more than 90 mm,and the convergence of the two sides is not more than 160 mm,the surrounding rock deformation control effect of the roadway is good.
