极近距离煤层开采巷道布置与支护技术探讨

晋能控股煤业集团圣厚源煤业4-1#煤层与4-2#煤层层间距为0~4.62 m,平均为2.16 m,属于极近距离煤层,因此,在4-1#层采空区下如何布置4-2#层巷道及如何选取支护方式尤为重要.为此,以4-2#煤层为研究对象,通过现场实验、理论分析、数值模拟等手段,对4-2#煤层巷道布置位置进行了分析研究,根据确定的巷道布置形式,制定了相应的支护设计,实现了对4-2#煤层巷道围岩稳定性控制,确保了安全生产,同时提升了掘进单进水平,缓解了采掘接替紧张状态,创造了良好的经济效益.
Discussion on Layout and Support Technology of Extremely Close Range Coal Seam Mining Tunnels
The interlayer distance between NO.4-1 coal seam and NO.4-2 coal seam of Shenghouyuan Coal Industry is 0 to 4.62 meters,with an average of 2.16 meters,which belongs to the extremely close range coal seam.Therefore,it is particularly important to arrange the tunnels and support methods for NO.4-2 coal seam under the goaf of NO.4-1 coal seam.For this purpose,NO.4-2 coal seam was taken as the research object.Through on-site experiments,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other means,the layout position of NO.4-2 coal seam roadway was analyzed and studied.Based on the determined layout form of the roadway,corresponding support designs were formulated to achieve stability control of the surrounding rock of NO.4-2 coal seam roadway and ensure safe production;At the same time,it has improved the level of excavation progress,alleviated the tense situation of mining replacement,and created good economic benefits.
