Application of Quick Demolition Equipment and Technology for Hydraulic Supports in Fully Mechanized Mining Face
In response to the problems of low mechanization,slow speed,poor safety,and high manual labor intensity when retracting hydraulic supports in the coal mining face,taking the 36406 fully mechanized mining face of Guandi Coal Mine of Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,the rapid removal equipment and process of hydraulic supports were adopted to solve the problem of hydraulic support retraction in the fully mechanized mining face.After using this equipment and process,labor input was reduced by 37.5%,and the dismantling period was shortened by 34.6%.At the same time,it showed obvious advantages in improving safety systems and on-site environment,fully exerting the effect of reducing personnel and improving efficiency.It can be promoted and used in similar working faces.
