Application of Non-destructive Testing Device for Mining Steel Rope Core Tape
In response to the many drawbacks of high manual labor intensity and low detection rate in the existing tape testing methods in Majiliang Mine,the ZSX220(127)D-type non-destructive testing device has been successfully introduced.The composition,working principle,and function of the ZSX220(127)D-type non-destructive testing device have been systematically analyzed.Through on-site testing of the five plate belt conveyor,it has been shown that the ZSX220(127)D-type non-destructive testing device has accurate testing results,high detection rate,and fully meets the requirements of underground tape testing.
