高瓦斯自燃煤层采空区存在瓦斯治理和煤自燃防治的矛盾,定向长钻孔对提高采空区瓦斯抽采效率、防治工作面上隅角瓦斯超限有明显的效果,但其对煤自燃的影响不容忽视.研究了高瓦斯自燃煤层采空区覆岩裂隙发育规律,提出了合理的定向长钻孔布孔方案,单孔流量和单孔气体成分分析数据表明,定向长钻孔在高效抽采裂隙带瓦斯的同时,维持了抽采孔气体较低的氧气体积分数,抽采孔一氧化碳体积分数相对稳定可控,确保了采空区遗煤一直处于缓慢氧化状态,保障了安全回采.
Design of High Level Directional Long Borehole Extraction in High Gas Spontaneous Combustion Coal Seams and Its Impact on Coal Spontaneous Combustion
There is a contradiction between gas control and coal spontaneous combustion prevention in goaf of high gas spontaneous combustion coal seam.Directional long drilling has a significant effect on improving gas extraction efficiency in goaf and preventing excessive gas in the upper corner of the working face.However,its impact on coal spontaneous combustion cannot be ignored.This article studies the development law of overlying rock fractures in high gas spontaneous combustion coal seams,and proposes a reasonable directional long borehole layout plan.The analysis data of single borehole flow rate and single borehole gas composition show that directional long boreholes maintain a low oxygen volume fraction in the gas extraction hole while efficiently extracting gas from the fracture zone.The volume fraction of carbon monoxide in the extraction hole is relatively stable and controllable,ensuring that the remaining coal in the goaf is always in a slow oxidation state and ensuring safe recovery.
