软弱夹层复合顶板动压巷道补强支护技术实践

软弱夹层复合顶板巷道在动压影响下的支护难度较大,不仅制约矿井均衡生产,更对现场作业人员的安全带来严重的威胁.以山西焦煤西山煤电斜沟煤矿18505工作面皮带巷围岩支护为工程背景,针对皮带巷软弱夹层复合顶板受邻近18503工作面采动影响下围岩变形严重问题,在分析皮带巷顶板岩性、巷道原支护参数及围岩变形特征基础上,制定以锚索+钢带为核心的软弱夹层复合顶板巷道补强加固技术方案并进行工程应用.现场应用后,18505工作面皮带巷在动压影响下围岩变形严重问题得以较好解决,不仅减少了巷道复修工程量,而且提高了工作面生产期间皮带巷作业人员的安全系数.
Practice of Reinforcement and Support Technology for Dynamic Pressure Tunnels with Soft Interlayer Compound Roof
The support difficulty of the weak interlayer compound roof roadway under dynamic pressure is relatively high,which not only restricts the balanced production of the mine,but also poses a serious threat to the safety of on-site workers.Based on the engineering background of the surrounding rock support of the leather belt roadway in the 18505 working face of Shanxi Coking Coal Xishan Coal Electricity Xiegou Coal Mine,and in response to the serious deformation of the surrounding rock caused by the mining influence of the adjacent 18503 working face on the weak interlayer compound roof of the belt roadway,this paper analyzes the rock type of the belt roadway roof,the original support parameters of the roadway,and the deformation characteristics of the surrounding rock.Based on this,a reinforcement technology scheme for the weak interlayer compound roof roadway with anchor cables and steel belts as the core is developed and applied in engineering.After on-site application,the serious problem of surrounding rock deformation in the 18505 working face leather belt roadway under dynamic pressure was effectively solved,which not only reduced the amount of roadway repair work,but also improved the safety factor of belt roadway operators during the production period of the working face.
