为提高煤矿掘进工作面智能化水平和掘进效率、降低工人劳动强度、实现掘进工作面减人增效的目的,以山西某矿3303运输顺槽为工程背景,通过提高3303运输顺槽掘进工作面设备智能化、信息化和自动化水平,建立了"掘、支、运、控、探"五位一体、协同高效的掘进工作面成套设备及控制系统.现场应用结果表明:3303运输顺槽掘进工作面智能化设备和控制系统能够较好地适应井下作业环境,实现了掘进工作面远程可视化作业及设备工况和故障的动态监测,达到了减人增效和安全生产的目的.
Key Technology and Application of Coal Mine Intelligent Excavation face
In order to improve the intelligent level and excavation efficiency of the coal mine working face,and achieve the purpose of reducing work and increasing efficiency,taking the 3303 transportation roadway of a mine in Shanxi as the engineering background,a set of equipment and control system with high efficiency of excavation,support,transportation,control and exploration was established by improving the intelligent,information and automation level of equipment in the working face.The field application results show that the intelligent equipment and control system of 3303 transportation roadway working face can better adapt to the underground working environment,realize the remote visual operation of working face and the dynamic monitoring of equipment working conditions and faults,which has achieved the purpose of reducing worker,increasing efficiency and safe production.
