Mechanism and Engineering Application of Grouting Reinforcement for Surrounding Rock of Broken Roadway
When the underground roadway is close to the geological structure,it is susceptible to disasters such as surrounding rock fragmentation and gas outburst.In order to solve the problems of surrounding rock fragmentation and large gas escape at the intersection of roadway in No.2 mining area of dongfeng coal mine of shanxi orchid group,the compressive strength,gel properties and viscosity properties of cement-based quick-setting cement and sodium silicate material(C-S material)were compared and analyzed,and the grouting engineering application test was carried out.The practical results show that the grouting material can effectively seal the fracture network in the surrounding rock,and improve the overall stability and bearing capacity of the surrounding rock of the roadway through cementation.
