针对晋能控股装备制造集团赵庄矿井下胶带机运行成本高、可靠性差、智能化程度低等问题,对现有胶带机控制系统进行优化升级,现场应用表明:胶带机变频调速系统运行平稳可靠,实现了煤量实时监测与调速功能,每年可节省电力成本243.64 万元,胶带机全年运行里程降幅20.5%,达到了节能降耗、安全高效、延长设备服务年限的目的.
Optimization and Application of Frequency Control System for Underground Belt Conveyor
In response to the problems of high operating cost,poor reliability,and low intelligence of the belt conveyor in Zhaozhuang Mine,the existing belt conveyor control system has been optimized and upgraded.The Field application shows that the frequency control conversion system of the belt conveyor operates smoothly and reliably,achieving real-time monitoring and speed regulation of coal quantity.It can save 2.4364 million yuan in electricity costs annually,and the annual operating mileage of the belt conveyor has decreased by 20.5%,achieving the purpose of energy saving,safety and efficiency,and extension of equipment service life.
