基于3DSimOpt 3.0的公乌素矿通风系统优化及可靠性分析

针对乌海能源公乌素矿存在通风系统风量浪费、011601工作面开采完毕、南运输大巷进风风量较小及回风路线长等问题,利用3DSimOpt 3.0软件对公乌素矿通风系统进行优化,优化后南运输大巷风量由15 m3/s增加为30.9 m3/s,北回风井通风阻力由1 574.21 Pa减小为1 264.12 Pa,并利用3DSimOpt软件对公乌素矿通风系统进行可靠性分析,数据分析证明该矿井通风系统可靠稳定.
Optimization and Reliability Analysis of Ventilation System in Gongwusu Mine Based on 3DSimOpt 3.0
There are some problems in Gongwusu Mine,such as waste of air volume in ventilation system,completion of mining in 011601 working face,small intake air volume in southern transportation roadway and long return air route.In this paper,3DSimOpt 3.0 software is used to optimize the ventilation system of Gongwusu Mine.After optimization,the air volume of the southern transportation roadway increases from 15 cubic meters per second to 30.9 cubic meters per second,and the ventilation resistance of the north return air shaft decreases from 1 574.21 Pa to 1 264.12 Pa.The reliability analysis of the ventilation system of Gongwusu Mine is carried out by using 3DSimOpt software.The data analysis proves that the mine ventilation system is reliable and stable.
