Upgrading and Renovation of Automatic Monitoring Technology for Mine Drainage System
In order to solve the problems of low automation,poor reliability and high labor intensity of underground drainage system in Sihe No.2 well of Jinneng Holding Equipment Manufacturing Group,based on the existing underground drainage pipe network and communication network,with the support of PLC processor,data acquisition and monitoring centralized control device and configuration software,a remote automatic drainage system is built.The field industrial test shows that after the optimization and upgrading of the system is completed,the remote start and stop,condition monitoring,energy consumption analysis,intelligent diagnosis and other functions of the key equipment of the pump house are realized.At the same time,the loss of key equipment is reduced,the labor cost is saved by 432,000 yuan,and the'stagger peak'drainage is successfully realized,which has good economic and social benefits.
