为保证山西华宁焦煤有限责任公司矿井通风安全、降低通风不当造成的经济损失,首先对山西华宁焦煤进行通风阻力测定,然后结合山西华宁焦煤的开采情况提出扩大总回风巷及一盘区回风巷断面的优化方案,并给出具体扩修断面的面积,最后利用3DSimOpt软件对优化方案进行模拟,并进行经济效益分析.结果表明:该矿通风阻力分布基本合理,优化方案切实可行.
Analysis of Roadway Section Expansion Based on 3DSimOpt
In order to ensure the ventilation safety of Shanxi Huaning Coking Coal Co.,Ltd.and reduce the economic losses caused by improper ventilation,the ventilation resistance of Shanxi Huaning Coking Coal was measured firstly.Then,combined with the mining situation of Shanxi Huaning Coking Coal,the optimization scheme of expanding the section of the total return airway and the return airway of the first panel was proposed,and the area of the specific expansion section was given.Finally,the 3DSimOpt software was used to simulate the optimization scheme and analyze the economic benefits.The results show that the distribution of ventilation resistance in the mine is basically reasonable,the optimization scheme is feasible.
