低瓦斯赋存坚硬顶板工作面"以孔代巷"瓦斯治理技术研究

轩岗地区2#煤层具有"低瓦斯赋存、低透气性、高开采强度、高瓦斯涌出、坚硬顶板"的"两低两高一硬"特征,导致煤层瓦斯预抽效果差.为解决这一问题,以瓦斯参数等基础研究作为切入点,探究采动覆岩结构及裂隙分布特征,研究采动裂隙场瓦斯分布特征,判别卸压瓦斯聚集区分布,据此提出覆岩卸压"以孔代巷"瓦斯抽采工艺,保障矿井安全高效生产.
Research on Gas Control Technology of'Hole Instead of Roadway'in Hard Roof Working Face with Low Gas Occurrence
No.2 coal seam in Xuangang mining area of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group Co.,Ltd.,has the characteristics of"low gas content,low permeability,high mining intensity,high gas emission,hard roof"and"two low,two high and one hard,"which leads to poor gas pre-drainage effect.In order to solve this problem,taking the basic research of gas parameters as the breakthrough point,the structure and fracture distribution characteristics of mining overburden are explored,the gas distribution characteristics of mining fracture field are studied,and the distribution of pressure relief gas accumulation area is distinguished.Based on this,the gas drainage technology of overburden pressure relief'replacing roadway with hole'is put forward to ensure the safe and efficient production of mine.
