为解决煤矿厚顶板初次放顶中存在的问题,以国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司哈拉沟煤矿为工程背景,结合工作面顶板条件,分析了实施水力压裂放顶的必要性和基本原理,设计了水力压裂放顶方案和具体参数.结果表明,水力压裂后工作面的顶板能够迅速、逐层地垮落,采空区悬顶现象得到有效治理,保障了工作面安全生产.
Application of Hydraulic Fracturing Initial Caving Technology in Thick Roof Fully Mechanized Mining Face
To address the problems encountered in the initial caving of thick roofs in coal mines,with Halagou Coal Mine of Guoneng Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.as the engineering background,and taking into account the conditions of the roof at the working face,this article analyzes the necessity and basic principles of hydraulic fracturing caving.It designs a hydraulic fracturing roof breaking scheme and specifies the relevant parameters.The results demonstrate that after hydraulic fracturing,the roof of the working face can rapidly and layer by layer collapse,effectively controlling the occurrence of suspended roofs in the goaf,which ensures the safe production of the working face.
