Objective To explore the value of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),lipid,and blood glucose tests in the testing of new-onset diabetic patients. Methods 86 new-onset patients with diabetes mellitus admitted to the First Hospital of Sanming City from March 2021 to October 2022 were selected and set as the observation group, and 86 people with health checkups in the same period were also selected and set as the control group.Compared the blood glucose indexes,hs-CRP,blood lipid levels and diagnostic efficacy of the two groups. Results Glycated hemoglo-bin,fasting blood glucose,hs-CRP,total cholesterol, triacylglycerol, and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the ob-servation group were all significantly higher than those in the control group, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the observation group was significantly lower that in the control group, and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(all P<0.05).The sensitivity, specificity, and accuracy of the combined diagnosis were 97.67%,95.35%,and 96.51%,respectively,and the diagnostic efficacy of the combined diagnosis was significantly higher than that of tak-ing the test results of hs-CRP(80.23%,87.21%,and 83.72%),lipids(81.40%,84.88%,and 83.14%),and glucose(77.91%,89.53%,and 83.72%)alone,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The way of hs-CRP,lipid and blood glucose indexes combined testing is practical and effective.
